How & when will I receive your statement?
Your annual contribution statement has been sent via email.
What if I did not receive my statement?
If you did not receive a contribution statement via email, we may not have your email on file.
If you would like to request a giving statement, please fill out the Giving Statement Request Form, or you can email or call our main office at 518-899-1200 with any additional questions.
What if my contribution statement is not accurate?
Your contribution statement will include all tax-deductible contributions made within 2020. Payments, purchases, or registration fees are not tax-deductible and will not be on your statement. If you believe your statement is inaccurate, or you have a question about your statement, please fill out the Giving Statement Request Form or email email@example.com.
How do I access my giving profile?
If you have previously given using PushPay, our giving platform, you can manage your account or view your history, by logging in here: PushPay Login. For Giving Statements, please fill out the Giving Statement Request Form.
